Late Arrival Policy:

Your massage appointment is reserved exclusively for you. While it is understood that unforeseen situations may occur that delay or interfere with your appointment please be advised that to be fair and considerate to other clients if you are late for a massage your time may be shortened to keep on schedule, and you will be charged for the original treatment booked.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show for your scheduled treatment or you cancel with less than 24 hour notice more than once a $20 cancellation fee will be charged.
